Anxiety is among the most common emotions that negatively impacts lives. When anxiety ramps up, we feel more irritable, it drains our relationships, and life feels overwhelming. I use two evidence based treatments- ACT and CBT- to reduce intensity of anxiety and to live a fulfilling life even when anxiety is along for the ride. These treatments each focus on identifying and responding to patterns of thought, emotion, and behavior. Treatment for anxiety is typically 8-12 visits.
